I tried to cancel and it ended up taking longer than it should have. Customer service wasn’t terrible, but the replies were slow and half the emails felt like they were written by a robot instead of an actual person. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than I expected.

I was kind of expecting my cats to go wild and destroy these right away, but they haven’t even wrecked them yet lol. They’ve lasted way longer than I thought, which is nice, but I’m a little disappointed they don’t seem as obsessed with them as I hoped.

I was able to make a few choices and tweak things a bit, so that was nice. But it still felt kind of limited overall. Not bad, just not as flexible or fun to customize as I was hoping

I do like that my cats get something different every time, so it never feels like the same boring stuff in the box. They’re usually excited to check it out. I just wish my preferences or notes were actually paid attention to, because sometimes it feels like I’m being ignored when I mention what they do or don’t like.

My cat seemed to enjoy most of what came in the box, which was nice because I was too mentally drained to go shopping for new treats and toys myself. The box is cute and it’s fun to open, but the treats and toys felt a little small for the price. It’s not bad overall, I just wish it felt like there was a bit more included.

I’m happy with these toys so far. They feel well made, nothing has come apart, and there’s no weird chemical smell, which is a big plus. My cat is not exactly gentle when she plays, so I’d rather give her something that seems like it can actually hold up. Just feels like a common-sense choice if you want toys that are fun but still feel safe.

The box arrived in really good shape, with no dents or torn corners or anything. Everything inside was packed neatly and didn’t feel cheap. the packaging was sorta better than I expected, simple, but it did the job really well

My cat is picky and needs to avoid chicken, and so far this has seemed to fit her diet well. I can’t say for sure it’ll work for every cat, but it’s been a good option for us up to now.

I had a small issue with my box and contacted support. I’ll be honest, I don’t have much patience for long back-and-forths, but they replied quickly and got it fixed without turning it into a whole ordeal. Relieved it was that easy

My cats were definitely curious when the box showed up, especially once they spotted the toys with feathers and crinkly sounds. One of them jumped right in and started playing, while the other gave everything a quick sniff and then wandered off, which is typical for her.

The treats were a little more mixed for us. They happily ate one bag but weren’t as interested in another, so I think it really depends on how picky your cats are. Overall, it was still fun to open and see what was inside, even if not every item ended up being a favorite in our house...

Meowbox does seem like a real company, and to be fair, my order actually showed up, so I’m not saying they’re shady or anything. But wow, the updates were painfully slow sometimes. I kept checking like, okay... is it shipped? Is it stuck? Did anyone remember this order exists? The products themselves were fine, and my cat did end up liking a few things, so that part was a win. I just wish the whole process felt a little less vague. Not terrible, just kind of annoying when you’re left guessing...

The renewal reminders were really helpful. I’m the one who always forgets this kind of thing, so it was nice to get a heads-up before I messed it up again.

One of the biggest reasons I’ve stuck with meowbox is because it doesn’t feel like a stressful subscription I have to fight with. I was away for a month, so I skipped a box, and then I changed my delivery date afterward in probably under a minute. Such a relief.
My cat still gets her little treats and toys, which makes me ridiculously happy, but I don’t feel trapped if money is tight or we’re just not ready for more cat stuff yet. It’s been really simple and flexible, and I’m genuinely happy with it so far.

We’ve been really happy with meowbox so far. It’s fun opening the box each month, and judging by the very serious sniffing and excited little meows, I’m assuming my cat approves too. She usually picks a favorite toy almost immediately and then ignores the rest of us for a while. Shipping has been smooth, nothing has felt like a hassle, and it’s just been a nice little monthly treat for her.

It clearly showed what I’d be charged and when it would renew, which seems like how it should be. I paused my box once too, and that was simple enough. It’s just nice dealing with a company that doesn’t make the basic money stuff harder than it needs to be.

I’ve been getting meowbox for a few months now and the delivery has been super reliable. It shows up when they say it will, and I’m not sitting there checking tracking over and over or having to chase anything down, yknow?
One box even came a day early, which was a nice little suprise. My cat totally knows the box now, so the timing actually matters lol. No complaints from me at all.

I get excited to open the box each month because the themes are always so creative. It makes the whole thing feel extra fun, and my cats usually dive straight for the toys as soon as they see them. The little details are super cute too!

my cat had fun with a few of the toys and liked some of the treats, so overall it was a decent box. the only thing that was tricky was the allergy stuff. i mentioned his food allergy, and it did seem like they tried to work around it, but we still ended up getting treats i couldn’t give him. customer service was really nice about it though. i’d probably like it more if the allergy options were a bit clearer when ordering.

I was a little disappointed with this one. A couple of the toys started falling apart quickly, and the treats didn’t seem super fresh to me. My cat barely touched most of it, and judging by her attitude, I’m guessing she wasn’t impressed either...
